What are your hours?
We are open Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. We are closed all major holidays.
What is your turnaround time?
24-48 hour turnaround is available for many digital projects when artwork is provided by the customer. Please check with customer service for current turnaround schedule at the time of your order. The standard completion time for most offset press projects is 5-7 business days, after final proof approval.

*Please note that some projects may be expedited, and may require a rush charge.

Will I receive a proof of my order prior to printing?
All new orders will receive a proof prior to printing. Most proofs are sent within 48 -72 hours. Proofs may take longer if we are experiencing a heavy production week. Each order must be approved prior to printing. All orders must either be paid in full or deposit must be made prior to the proofing process unless you have an account agreement. In that case, payment is due within 15 days.

It is the responsibility of the customer to verify that all information is correct. This includes dates, time, content, spelling, etc. We generally copy and paste your text from your forms or emails, so please verify that your information is correct before submitting your approval. Because of the custom design process no refunds or returns will be issued for the reasons stated above.
What types of files do you accept?
You can save your document as a Press Quality .PDF file. PDF files must be high-quality resolution, and include bleed if applicable. You may also send the file in the following types: psd, tiff, eps, ai,etc. We prefer that you send .PDF and .EPS files with outlined fonts. Color and grayscale images must be at least 300 dpi. ***PLEASE NOTE: Saving a low resolution, pixelated image to 300 dpi will not improve the original quality of the graphic. In order to get a quality print, you must provide a quality graphic. We also accept Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator. Please include all fonts and links using the “Package” features of your individual program. Please include a pdf file or a quality printout with your native files so that we will know exactly what the finished product should look like.

Files should be built in either CMYK color or as PANTONE Spot Colors. RGB files will not be accepted as they will create unintended color results.
How long do you retain artwork files?
We strive to maintain an accurate archive file of all of our clients so reorders can easily be placed. The client may request a copy of any PURCHASED artwork files at any time. Files are achived and stored for a minimum of 3 years. Any artwork older than 3 years, may be discarded.
What are your billing and payment options?
All major credit cards, check, cash and Paypal are accepted. If you are out of state and choose to pay with a credit card, you may process your payment by phone or through Paypal.

* Please note, if you are a MISSOURI RESIDENT you will be charge sales tax.

Existing Customers are welcome to pay for projects on receipt. 15 day terms are available for qualifying established customers.

Advance payment is required for first-time customers or under special circumstances.
